How much do you need to cook row mushrooms for freezing?

However, before freezing rowing for the winter, they must first be cleaned. First you need to remove all the forest debris that has stuck on them from the hats and cut off the lower part of the leg.

Then the mushrooms are washed in a large amount of water, removed, allowed to drain and introduced into boiling salted water.


Boil for 30 minutes, lay in a colander, give time to drain, and lay on a kitchen towel.
