  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • Salt - 4 tbsp. l (without top);
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • Bay leaf - 4 pcs.;
  • Black pepper peas - 10 pcs.;
  • Garlic - 7-9 cloves.

Honey mushrooms are cleaned of forest debris, cut most of the legs.

Pour water so that it covers all the mushrooms, boil for 20 minutes, removing the foam that constantly forms on the surface.


Tilt back into a colander and let the excess fluid drain completely.


Prepare the marinade: in a saucepan with water, combine salt, sugar, butter, all spices (except vinegar) and let it boil.


Boiled mushrooms are introduced into the marinade, boiled for 20 minutes, the vinegar essence is carefully poured, and the fire is turned off.

Fry for 30 minutes over medium heat, salt and pepper to taste.
