  • shrimp - 200 g;
  • mussels - 200 g;

  • butter - 50 g;
  • cream - 200 g;
  • flour - 32 tbsp. l .;
  • nutmeg - a pinch;
  • salt;
  • cheese - 200 g;
  • ground pepper mixture - 0.5 tsp;
  • basil greens.

  • White mushrooms - 700 g;
  • onion - 4 heads;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • sour cream - 300 g;

  • salt;
  • a mixture of white and black ground peppers;
  • green onions.
