Ingredients:

  • For this recipe for chicken rolls with mushrooms, you will need 4 chicken fillets (120g0, 200ml dry white wine, 1 clove of garlic, salt and freshly ground black pepper - to taste, 3 tbsp. Olive oil for frying.
  • Filling: 100 g arugula, 250 g champignons, 1 tbsp. l chopped dill, salt - to taste, 1 tbsp. l olive oil for frying. Side dish: 2 carrots, 50 g butter for frying.
  • Sauce: 200 ml of water, 1 tsp. starch.
  • Additionally: culinary thread, foil.

Cooking:

Before you cook chicken rolls, you need to wash and dry the breasts, cut into layers, beat off with a kitchen hammer, salt and pepper. Wash, dry and peel the mushrooms, cut into slices, fry in a dry frying pan under the lid. After 5 minutes add olive oil and chopped dill. Salt, fry for another 5 minutes.

Put on a fillet arugula and mushrooms with dill, roll rolls, tie with a thread. Fry chopped peeled garlic in olive oil until golden brown, remove from the pan. Put the rolls, fry until golden brown. Pour in wine, simmer for 20 minutes, turning over. Cover the rolls with foil, put in heat.

Prepare the sauce: dilute starch with water, pour into a pan where rolls were stewed, let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Dice the peeled carrots and sauté in butter for 15 minutes.

Pork rolls with mushrooms and egg

Ingredients:

  • 600 g of pork loin, 20 g of breading flour, 60 ml of olive oil for frying.
  • Filling: 200 g of champignons, 200 g of onions, 1 egg, salt and freshly ground black pepper - to taste, 30 ml of olive oil for frying.
  • To submit: several branches of dill and / or parsley.

Cooking:

First, for pork rolls with mushrooms according to this recipe, you need to cook the filling. Boil the egg (7 minutes after boiling water). Cool, peel, chop finely. Wash, dry and peel the mushrooms, cut into thin slices. Cut peeled onions into strips or half rings. Sauté the onions and mushrooms in warm olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Mix with chopped egg, salt and pepper.

Ingredients:

  • Dough: 300 g flour, 170 ml cold water, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. l olive oil.
  • Filling: 400 g of champignons, 1 onion, 50 ml of olive oil, nutmeg and salt to taste.
  • Fill: 300 g of tomatoes in their own juice, 1 carrot, 1-2 bay leaves, a bunch of dill, salt - to taste.

Cooking:

Sift flour with salt, pour in olive oil and water, knead cool dough. Sprinkle it with flour and set aside.

Wash, dry and peel the mushrooms, chop finely. Dice the peeled onions, fry in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, fry for another 5 minutes. Pour nutmeg, salt.

Roll out the dough in a circle on a floured surface. Spread the filling on top, roll up, grease the edge of the dough with water. Cut the roll into pieces 1-1.5 cm thick, put in a refractory dish.

Grate peeled carrots on a coarse grater. Grind tomatoes with a blender. Pour the roll with tomato sauce, put the carrots on top, sprinkle with chopped dill, salt, add bay leaf. Bake in an oven heated to 170 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
