- 200 g of pickles;

- 4 things. hunting or Bavarian sausages;
- 3 slices of lemon;
- greens, salt, pepper;
- 3 liters of water.

Recipe for hodgepodge with cabbage, mushrooms and fish
To prepare the hodgepodge with cabbage and mushrooms according to this recipe you will need:
- Canned fish in tomato - 240 g;
- 300 g of champignons and sauerkraut;
- 2 pickles;
- 1 pc. carrots and onions;
- potatoes - 3 pcs.;
- 1-2 tbsp. l tomato paste;
- ½ part lemon;
- a spoon of vegetable oil;
- salt pepper;
- olives - 10 pcs.;
- ½ bunch of greens;
- 2.5 liters of water.
Solyanka with mushrooms and cabbage is prepared as follows:
- Potatoes are peeled and diced, as if for soup.
- Mushrooms are washed, peeled and cut into small slices.
- Water is poured into the pan, put on the stove.As soon as the water boils, potatoes are placed in it. Cook it for 20 minutes.
- While the potatoes are simmering, peel the onions and carrots. The onion is cut into small cubes, and the carrots are rubbed on a coarse grater.
- Diced pickles. Sauerkraut is washed under running water and squeezed well.
- Oil is poured onto a preheated pan. Spread onions and mushrooms in a pan. Stew for 5 minutes.
- Then add the carrots, stew for three minutes.
- Tomato paste is added to the pan, everything is mixed.
- Add pickles to the dressing, stew for 2 minutes, spread the cabbage. From the soup pour 0.5 cups of vegetable broth, stew under the lid for 5 minutes.
- Open canned fish, put it in the dressing, salt, pepper, add bay leaf.

- white cabbage - 600 g;
- carrots, onions - 1 each;
- 100 g canned champignons;
- 20 g of tomato puree;
- 40 ml of sunflower oil;
- clove of garlic;
- salt pepper;
- 3 liters of water.
Prepare a hodgepodge with cabbage and mushrooms champignons according to this scheme:
- Wash the cabbage under running water, dry it with a paper towel and finely chop.
- Peel, wash and chop the carrots.
- Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
- Remove the canned champignons from the jar, let the liquid drain.
- Pour sunflower oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl, place chopped onions and carrots in it. Turn on the “Baking” mode and fry the vegetables with the lid open for 5 minutes, stirring them occasionally.
- Add the mushrooms to the fried vegetables and fry a little more.
- If desired, chopped pickles and bell peppers can be added to the hodgepodge.
- When the vegetables are fried, add tomato paste, chopped garlic, cabbage, salt and pepper to them. Select the “Stew” mode for half an hour, pour vegetables ½ cups of water and cook under a closed lid.
- After 30 minutes, stir, fill with 3 liters of water, select the “Soup” mode for 30 minutes and continue cooking the dish further. When the soup is ready, keep it still in a closed multicooker for 5 minutes.
Oven with mushrooms in the oven
To prepare a hodgepodge with champignons according to this recipe, prepare the following products:
- 300 grams of champignons;
- white cabbage - 800 g;
- one pickle;
- tomato paste - tablespoon
- one onion;
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil;
- 1 tbsp. l wine vinegar;
- breadcrumbs;
- 1 tsp Sahara;
- Bay leaf;
- salt pepper.
Prepare a mushroom hodgepodge with mushrooms like this:
- Prepare the cabbage - remove the top leaves, rinse and chop.
- Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, place chopped cabbage in a bowl, lightly fry and add ½ cup of water.
- Cover the pan and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir the cabbage periodically and add water if necessary. While the cabbage is being stewed, peel the mushrooms, cut into plates. Peel the onion, cut into half rings.
- Place the pan on the stove, pour oil and fry the onions for 4 minutes over medium heat. Add champignons to the onion and simmer another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cut pickles into cubes, add to the pan to the mushrooms, salt, pepper, mix and remove from the stove.
- After 20 minutes, add the tomato paste, black pepper, salt, bay leaf, sugar and wine vinegar to the cabbage. Simmer for another 20 minutes.
- Now take a stewpan, grease it with oil, put a layer of cabbage (half the whole mass), a layer of mushrooms and again a layer of the remaining cabbage.

- ½ tbsp. table vinegar;
- salt and chili - to taste;
- 3 pcs. peppercorns and cloves;
- bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Prepare a hodgepodge with champignons for the winter according to this recipe like this:
- Grate the carrots. Cut the onion into half rings.
- In a stewpan, heat the vegetable oil well, put the carrots and onions there, fry for 5 minutes.
- Finely chop the cabbage, send to the stewpan to the vegetables.
- Wash mushrooms, dry with a paper towel. If the mushrooms are large, they should be cut into plates, small champignons can not be cut.
- Sweet pepper cut into strips, tomatoes - into cubes. Add all the vegetables to the mass in a saucepan. Season with all the spices.
- Dilute the tomato paste ½ cup of water, pour into the saucepan, add the remaining vegetable oil.
