Champignons in butter and vegetable oil

Recipes of champignon dishes in oil will be of interest to those who want to cook a hearty dish or appetizer for every day or make a tasty mushroom preparation for long-term storage. For cooking such dishes, both vegetable and butter are used - champignons invariably turn out to be very tasty. Do you want to decorate a festive feast or diversify your daily meal? Champignon dishes in oil

Fried hats of fresh champignons in oil.

Ingredients:

  • 600 g caps of fresh champignons
  • 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 4–5 Art. tablespoons of flour
  • salt
  • pepper

Peel fresh mushrooms, rinse, dry on a napkin or towel. Mushroom legs cut off.

Heat vegetable oil well in a pan, lower whole mushroom caps into it.

Fry first on one side, then on the other side, trying to make them brown.

Put the prepared mushrooms on a dish and salt.

Fried champignon caps can be served with new potatoes or another vegetable dish.

Deep-fried champignons.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g fresh champignons
  • 80 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 125 ml of milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • vegetable oil
  • salt to taste
  1. Peel the mushrooms, cut off the legs, and wash the hats and boil in a small amount of water. Then remove them from the broth and dry. (Use broth and mushroom legs to prepare other dishes.)
  2. Prepare a batter: pour flour into a bowl, add egg, salt, sugar, pour milk and stir well.
  3. Pour oil into a deep frying pan (or deep fryer) and heat well over high heat. When it warms up, reduce the fire to a minimum.
  4. Dip boiled mushroom caps in batter and dip in boiling oil. Put the fried mushrooms in a plate and let the oil drain.
  5. Before frying mushrooms, check if the oil is sufficiently heated. To do this, you can throw a piece of mushroom into the oil, and if there is no strong foaming, the deep fat will be warmed up well.

Fresh champignons fried in butter.

Ingredients:

  • 800 g fresh champignons
  • 3 onions
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tbsp. flour spoon
  • 1 tbsp. chopped greens

Peel the mushrooms, rinse under running water, salt. Chop the onion finely. Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the onions and mushrooms in it. When they are ready, add flour, add water (or broth) and a little more overnight on the fire.

Before serving, mushrooms fried in butter, sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Champignons in oil for the winter.

Ingredients:

  • Champignons - 2 kg
  • Butter (ghee) - 150 - 180 g for frying + 50 - 70 g for filling
  • Salt to taste

Medium-sized mushrooms are suitable for the preparation without any stains or damage. Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly under running water. Melt the butter in a pan, fry the crushed champignons. During frying, it is not recommended to cover the mushrooms with a lid to avoid the appearance of excess liquid. Mushrooms need to be fried until fully cooked, stirring constantly so that they do not burn.When the mushrooms are almost ready, 5 minutes before turning off the fire, add butter to them so that they are completely in butter when laying.

Put prepared mushrooms in sterilized jars, carefully tamping them using a culinary spatula or a tablespoon.

Top the mushrooms with melted butter in advance, let them cool slightly. Put champignons in oil, fried for the winter, in jars, cover with lids and wrap them with a blanket.

Pickled champignons in oil.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g champignons (pickled)
  • 3 onions
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • pepper

Peel, wash and chop the onion rings. Wash the dill. Cut the pickled mushrooms into slices, put on a dish, put onion on top, pepper, pour with vegetable oil. Garnish marinated mushrooms in oil with dill and serve.

Mushrooms fried in breadcrumbs (Hungarian).

Ingredients:

  • 7–8 champignons
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of crushed crackers
  • salt to taste

Cook the prepared mushrooms in salted water for 10 minutes and lay them in a colander. Then salt, dip the mushrooms first in a beaten egg, and then breaded in crushed breadcrumbs and fry in oil.

Recipe for canned mushrooms fried in oil and sour cream

Ingredients:

  • 500 g canned champignons
  • 120-180 ml fill
  • 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons butter
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 onion
  • greenery

Peel the mushrooms, rinse, cut into plates, add the fill, butter and fry for 5 minutes. Then add sour cream and chopped onion fried with butter and warm. Serve the dish hot, garnished with parsley or dill. Garnish with canned champignons fried in oil according to this recipe, serve stewed carrots and boiled cauliflower.

Champignon mushrooms in oil and vinegar

Herring with pickled champignons with butter and vinegar.

Ingredients:

  • pickled champignons - 300 g
  • herring - 2 pcs.
  • onions - 2-3 pcs.
  • green chopped onions - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • mustard

Peel herring, cut off the head, separate the fillet from the bones. Put the chopped fillet in a herring, pour with vegetable oil, vinegar mixed with mustard, and garnish with onion rings. On both sides of the herring in oil and vinegar put marinated mushrooms, diced.

Salad with mushrooms, poured with marinade, in vegetable oil.

Ingredients:

  • 5 kg of champignons
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1-2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • a few peas of black pepper
  • Bay leaf

Peel the mushrooms from the ground, finely cut the skin from them, separating the hat from the legs, rinse, cut into cubes and boil for 20 minutes. in salted water, then strain well and cool. Cook marinade from vinegar, mustard, ground black pepper with sugar and salt. When the sugar has completely dissolved, pour the mushrooms in the marinade. Top with bay leaf. After 2 hours, sprinkle the salad with vegetable oil and serve.

Mushrooms fried in olive oil with onions

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of fresh champignons
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 100 g onions
  • 100 g tomato juice
  • salt
  • greens to taste

Peel the onions, finely chop them into cubes, fry in olive oil until golden brown, add the mushrooms to it, salt and stew for 7 minutes. Then pour tomato juice into mushrooms and onions, simmer another 10 minutes.

Ready mushrooms, fried in olive oil, sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Oven baked champignons in butter in the oven

Mushrooms fried in oil and baked in the oven in sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g champignon
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 40 ml of vegetable oil
  • 10 g flour
  • salt and spices to taste

1. Peel, rinse and cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

2. So that they do not darken, sprinkle them with lemon juice, then fry in oil, sprinkle with flour, pour sour cream. Bake the fried champignons in the oil in the oven until cooked (40-60 minutes).

Mushrooms fried in oil, baked with cream cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of champignons
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • salt

  • cooking oil

Fried prepared (washed, peeled and chopped) mushrooms in vegetable oil. Rinse the potatoes, peel and cut into thin circles. Cut the pepper into strips, the tomatoes into cubes. Grind onions, garlic. Grate the cheese.

Gently prepare prepared foods on a baking sheet, pepper and salt. Pour all the mayonnaise, crumble the cheese on top. Bake in the oven for about 15–20 minutes. Serve sliced ​​and fried mushrooms in herbs.
