Mushrooms on skewers: recipes for canapes and mushroom barbecue


Pickled, boiled and fried champignons on skewers are very original mushroom snacks, which will not be difficult to cook, and these dishes will certainly be a sensation. Instead of skewers for such snacks, you can use regular toothpicks, only in this case the canapes need not be made too high so that there is room for capture on a wooden stick.

Canapes with boiled and fried champignons

Canapes with champignons and tomato.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread,
  • 4 champignons
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dining room
  • a spoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tomato
  • green cilantro.

Cooking method:

Wash, dry, finely chop the cilantro.

Hard-boiled egg, peel and grate.

Boil the mushrooms, finely chop, mix with mayonnaise and egg.

Wash the tomato and cut into circles.

Put 1 cup of tomato on bread slices, spread on top with cooked mass and sprinkle with cilantro.

Pierce the canapes with mushrooms with skewers and serve.


Canapes with champignons and egg.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread,
  • 100 g of boiled mushrooms,
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped parsley.

Cooking method:

  1. Peel and grate the egg.
  2. Finely chop the mushrooms, mix with mayonnaise and egg.
  3. Put the mixture on slices of bread.
  4. Garnish the canapes with parsley, pierce with skewers and serve.

Oven canapes with mushrooms, rice and beans.

Ingredients:

  • Grape leaf - 3 pcs.;
  • Canned beans - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • Boiled eggs - 2 pcs. ;
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Champignons - 100 g;
  • Butter - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Boiled rice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

Boil eggs, peel, cut into small cubes or chop on a grater, mix with beans. Boil rice in advance, add to eggs and beans. Season the resulting mass with mayonnaise, mix well. Chop the mushrooms, fry in oil until half-cooked, mix with the rest of the ingredients, season with salt and pepper. Scalp the leaves of grapes in boiling water, then cool and wrap the finished mixture in them. Fix the sheet with the filling, put it in the oven for 5 minutes and keep the mushrooms on skewers there at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Canapes with champignons, crayfish, anchovy fillets and capers.

Ingredients:

  • Bread - 7 slices;
  • Crayfish - 10 pcs. ;
  • Champignon mushrooms - 30 g;
  • Mayonnaise - 100 g;
  • Anchovy fillet - 20 g;
  • Caper - 10 g;
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Parsley, salt, pepper.

Cooking method:

Boil the crayfish, cut the meat into small cubes. Boil the mushrooms, chop, add to the crayfish. Add finely chopped anchovies, mayonnaise, salt, pepper to this mixture, mix everything thoroughly. Fry the bread in oil in a pan. Spread the resulting mixture on bread with a thick layer, put parsley and capers on top. Pierce the finished canapes with skewers.

Canapes with boiled chicken and pickled champignons.

  • 2 boiled chicken legs,
  • 2 slices of white bread,
  • fat for frying,
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 4 pickled champignons
  • 1 pickle,
  • mustard,
  • salt,
  • black pepper,
  • 1/2 cup fat-free broth,
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Peel the cooked meat and finely chop it. Add the chopped mushrooms, cucumbers and egg, diced. Season the mixture to taste with salt, black pepper, mustard and spread evenly on toasted canapes. Canapes with pickled champignons put on skewers.

When serving, pour the mayonnaise with the diluted broth.

Canapes with fried eggs, pickled champignons and boiled fat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs, a slice of boiled fat,
  • 2-3 pickled champignons,
  • baked meat sauce or other sauce,
  • mustard,
  • parsley.

Cooking method:

  1. Draw the bread, lightly moisten and fry.
  2. Cut boiled bacon into large pieces and mix with fried eggs.
  3. Add the pickled mushrooms, spread with mustard.

Salt the mixture, season to taste with salt, mustard, black pepper, 2 drops of rum, evenly apply to cooked canapes. Immediately before serving, put on skewers, season with diluted mayonnaise.

Turkey canapes with ham and pickled champignons on skewers.

Ingredients:

  • Turkey fillet - 500 g;
  • Ham - 200 g;
  • Pickled champignons - 200 g;
  • Ghee - 50 g;
  • White wine vinegar - 30 ml;
  • Parsley - 1 bunch;
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Turkey fillet cut into slices, ham into cubes.

Ingredients:

  • Champignons of approximately the same average size - 300 g;

  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l;
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp. ;
  • Ground hot pepper;
  • Salt;
  • Dill;
  • A couple of cloves of garlic.

Cooking method:
