How to Make Braised Cabbage with Mushrooms

Braised cabbage with champignons and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh champignons
  • 1/4 head of cabbage
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons melted interior pork fat
  • 3 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 parsley root
  • 1 galgan root
  • 6-8 potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups of water
  • salt

Before cooking stewed cabbage with mushrooms according to this recipe, the mushrooms should be washed well, cut into 4 parts, stewed in fat.

Rinse vegetables, peel, chop, passer in fat for 6 - 7 minutes, then add water, salt and simmer until soft.

  2. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, then put in a pan and simmer in vegetable oil until half ready.
  3. Rinse the champignons, cut into plates, fry in another pan in vegetable oil, and then combine with cabbage.
  4. Separately, fry diced onions, add flour, add sour cream, bring to a boil, remove from heat and transfer the resulting mixture with cabbage and mushrooms.
  5. Stir everything and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. You can cook stewed cabbage with dried mushrooms, but then the mushrooms must be pre-soaked for 2-3 hours, and then boiled in the same water until tender. Serve with fried potatoes.

  • stewed cabbage - 1 kg
  • pickles - 1-2 pcs.

To prepare a vegetable dish of stewed cabbage with mushrooms according to this recipe, mushrooms should be washed, peeled, chopped, tossed in a frying pan with fat and stew in their own juice. Stew finely chopped cabbage and pickled pickles in a separate pan. After that, separately fry the onion and flour in fat, add milk, simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Grease the baking dish with fat, put the stewed mushrooms on the bottom, then the stewed cabbage with pickles, pour the sauce with onion and sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in the oven for 5 - 7 minutes to brown.

Clean, rinse and fry fresh champignons. Divide the cabbage of cauliflower into heads, throw into a pan with vegetable oil, pour 0.5 tbsp. water, salt, simmer until half ready. Roll stewed cabbage in breadcrumbs and fry in butter. Spread cabbage and mushrooms in a deep pan, alternating with each other, then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven. Serve on the table, pouring with melted butter.

  • 500 g fresh or 250 g boiled (salted) champignons
  • half a cabbage
  • 50 g fat or fat
