Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g dried porcini mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cups buckwheat
  • 3 cups of water
