Dry boot (white boot) - an edible mushroom in the woods
Category: edible.Hat (diameter 5-15 cm): matte, white or dirty gray, with buffy or yellow spots, slightly convex, fully prostrate or slightly depressed. Slightly wavy edges are usually tucked to the inside.
Records: thin, narrow and frequent.
Leg (height 2-5 cm): cylindrical, rather short for a massive hat. Solid and white in young mushrooms, hollow and pronounced taste and smell.
Doubles: a violin player (Lactarius vellereus), which, unlike a dry load, has milky juice.
The dry-load mushroom grows from late July to mid-September.
Where can I find: in forests of all types, often near birch, aspen and oak, less often with spruce.
Eating: dry preload is considered a very tasty mushroom in raw, pickled and salted form. Connoisseurs prefer salting in a dry way.
Application in traditional medicine: not applicable.
Other names: the load is white.
