I must say that these mushrooms can be frozen in various ways. To apply heat treatment in this situation or not is not a matter of principle. Most housewives successfully use the method of freezing butter for the winter without cooking - the fastest and easiest recipe for such a workpiece. Moreover, this method is also very effective, because it allows you to keep the mushrooms beautiful and fresh. Frozen raw oils will not lose their piquant taste and aroma. Even large mushrooms are suitable for such a workpiece. However, in order to make the prepared dishes useful and tasty in the future, you need to know how to properly freeze the oil without cooking. There are some simple recommendations for this.

To begin with, it is worth paying special attention to the preparatory phase. Since oil is not provided for heat treatment before freezing, they must be thoroughly cleaned from slippery film and other contaminants. Then rinse thoroughly, put on a towel and leave to dry for 20 minutes. Cut large specimens into pieces of about 3 cm. Arrange the mushrooms in containers, close tightly with lids and send to the freezer. An important point: oil can easily absorb odors and chemical compounds, so it is not recommended to store them in the same compartment with other products. By following these simple rules, frozen oils can be stored for up to 5 months.
