We offer an easy recipe for pickling butter for the winter. However, do not forget that to begin with, fruiting bodies need to be cleaned of oily and sticky peels. Mushrooms can be pickled whole if they are small, or cut into pieces if they are large.

Pickled Garlic Squid Marinade with Garlic

  • oil - 2 kg;
  • water - 1 l;
  • salt - 40 g;
  • sugar - 50 g;
  • vinegar 9% - 20 g;
  • black pepper peas - 15 pcs.;
  • bay leaf - 10 pcs.;
  • garlic - 10 cloves.

Thoroughly cleaned of the film and boiled in salted water for 20 minutes, discard the oil on a sieve and let it drain.

Pour mushrooms with cold water, add salt and sugar, mix well until dissolved and allow to boil.

Reduce the heat to medium, put peppercorns and bay leaves in the marinade, boil for 15 minutes.

Add finely chopped cloves of garlic and pour vinegar, let the marinade with mushrooms boil for 10 minutes.

Arrange the butter in cans and pour hot marinade to the top.

Close with lids, roll up and leave at room temperature until completely cooled.
