The recipe for preparing mushrooms for the winter by frying

Many housewives prefer frying mushrooms for the winter. This is a great way to prepare fruiting bodies for long-term storage, then to please home memories of the warm days spent in the forest. How to prepare mushrooms for the winter by frying at home? Before answering this question, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with some recommendations for their preliminary processing.

So, the first thing to do is to sort out the entire mushroom crop and divide it into two categories. Small and beautiful mushrooms can be used for pickling and pickling. And all “ugly” specimens will work for frying: large, cropped or slightly damaged. If at least a quarter of the fruiting body is spoiled or eaten by worms, then do not regret throwing it in the trash. Otherwise, damaged, as well as heavily contaminated places, can be removed with a knife. Then dip the mushrooms in cold salty water and leave for 45 minutes.
