  1. Mushrooms are thawed and spread on a dry hot frying pan.
  2. Fry over medium heat for 10-15 minutes and spread the butter, continue to fry for another 15 minutes.
  3. Peeled potatoes are cut into cubes and spread in a pan with broth and water, cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Mushrooms are transferred to potatoes and allowed to boil for 15 minutes.
  5. Onions and carrots are peeled from the top layer, finely cut into cubes and fried in oil for 10 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a pan to the total mass, boil for 5-8 minutes.
  7. Beat milk, cream and flour to a uniform consistency, pour into soup and whisk a little with a whisk.
