In order to quickly and satisfyingly feed the whole family, it is enough to cook homemade meat hodgepodge with vegetables. It is not only useful, but also very tasty. Soft and juicy meat perfectly complements the rich taste of tomato and vegetables.

In addition to meat pulp, you can use smoked meats, sausages or sausages, as well as other sausages. There are no restrictions on the choice of mushrooms. It can be dry, pickled or fresh. Serve this dish as a complement to the side dish, as a first course or just as a cold appetizer.

Meat hodgepodge with beef, mushrooms and cabbage

The following ingredients are necessary for meat solyanka with beef, mushrooms and fresh cabbage:

  • 500 g of beef pulp;
  • 200 g of champignons;
  • 500 g of cabbage;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 onion;
  • 200 ml of tomato juice;
  • 1 piece of bell pepper;
  • 20 g of salt;
  • 70 ml of vegetable oil;
  • black pepper to taste;
  • 5 branches of basil and dill;
  • grains of zira (cumin) on the tip of a knife.

Shred cabbage finely and salt, remember with your hand to better highlight the juice. There, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add the chopped pepper. Mix everything and let stand. Meanwhile, rinse the meat and strip it from the pleura, cut into a cube.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and simmer the meat until golden brown with spices, and most importantly, do not dry it and add water if necessary. Straw mushrooms add to the pan as the meat is cooked. Fry for 5 minutes and put the vegetable mixture there. Simmer for about 20 minutes over low heat with the lid closed. Then add fruit drinks, herbs and diced onions, mix, cook for 10-15 minutes.

  • 200 g of cabbage.

Cut the onion and pepper into strips, fry in oil for 8-10 minutes. Bring the broth to a boil and pour the sauce into it, salt and pepper. Grind the meat in a cube and send to cook. Peel the cucumbers from the peel and seeds, cut into strips and pour into the broth along with olives, sauce, chopped cabbage, sliced ​​pickled mushrooms and capers. Simmer for 20 minutes.   • 5 branches of dill;
  • 40 g of salt;
  • 3 g black pepper;
  • 50 ml of sunflower oil;
  • 200 ml of tomato juice.

Mushrooms must first be soaked in cold water for 2-3 hours, then boiled separately in salt water. Heat oil in a pan and pass onion and mushrooms, diced for 15 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and chop them into a cube, send them to boil in the broth along with the passivation. Cut breast, sausages, ham and sausage into small cubes and pour into boiling broth.
